IDA Private Sector

IDA Private Sector safeguards interests regarding employment and salary for privately employed members of IDA. We do so through activities – either at workplaces across the country, regionally, or at the IDA house in Copenhagen

Purpose

The goal of IDA Private Sector is to support all privately employed members so that they are in the best possible position in the labour market to create an attractive working life and career for themselves - regardless of whether they are employed on individual terms or on collective terms.

IDA Private sector continuously develops new concepts for safeguarding of interests within the private sector. IDA Private sector brings forth concrete initiatives to support Denmark’s best counselling. IDA Private sector pays constant attention to trends and tendencies on the private labour market, and uses this as a foundation for developing initiatives with relevance for IDA’s privately employed members.
