Tempty Foods - Sustainable food based on mycelium
Hear about a startup called Tempty Foods which have launched on IDA crowdfunding. They base their product on mycelium and try not to mimic meat in its taste and appearance but simply to be a new source. The webinar will be in ENGLISH.

Join this webinar by the new food startup Tempty Foods from DTU who are developing healthy and sustainable alternatives to tofu and meat from mycelium. During this webinar, Tempty Foods will share tricks and tips on developing new food products including the tools they have used to develop their product, the challenges they faced during the development, and trends within the market.
