About the keynote speakers: 
Rasmus Hougaard is the founder and CEO of Potential Project and the author of the best-selling book “The Mind of the Leader”. His forthcoming book, "Compassionate Leadership: How to Do Hard Things in a Human Way" is an indispensable guide for leaders and managers at any level to do the hard work of leadership in a human way. The book will be published by Harvard Business Press on January 18, 2022. 
Rasmus is nominated by Thinkers50 as one of the eight most important leadership thinkers in the world and writes for Harvard Business Review, Forbes and Business Insider. 
He is a sought-after keynote speaker and leadership developer who coaches and supports C-suite executives at global organizations such as IKEA, Accenture, Wal-Mart, and Unilever. 

Ulrika Biesèrt is the Global People & Culture Manager for Ingka Group/IKEA. She leads the overall people agenda and has over 20 years of leadership experience, attracting and developing people and teams, promoting diversity and inclusion.
She started her career in HR with IKEA in 1997 after spending six years working as a family counsellor. During her many years with IKEA, she has had several assignments working in Sweden and abroad and has worked in all core business areas of IKEA.
Ulrika has been responsible for leading People and Culture in the Retail and Expansion organization of Ingka/IKEA Group, covering 30 markets with 370+ stores and 166,000 co-workers.
