Reliability and Maintenance for the Railway of the Future

Considerable investments are currently being made in the development of the Danish railway. To ensure a robust infrastructure for the future, reliability and maintenance must be integrated into every part of the process.

This is why IDA Mechanical – Reliability & Maintenance is hosting a seminar to explore different perspectives on railway reliability and maintenance.

Albert Skovgaard Bisgaard (COWI) will present his research on data-driven models for predicting rail defects and cracks.

Nikolaj Primault (DSB) will discuss the development of reliability and maintenance models in connection with the procurement of the next generation driverless S-trains.

After the presentations, there will be time for questions and discussion.
