Python for Excel Users - Conducted in English - webinar
This webinar provides an introduction as to how, as an Excel user, you can start to use Python. This webinar takes Excel commands that you know and shows you how these commands can by performed in Python.

Webinar Objective
Excel is an excellent program, which is shown by its continued use over many decades in many different situations.

However, one of the recurrent problems with Excel is "error and chaos", where it is very easy by accident to corrupt complex spreadsheets. Also, the amount of data that Excel can handle is limited which is not the case with Python.

This webinar provides an introduction as to how, as an Excel user, you can start to use Python. This webinar takes Excel commands that you know and shows you how these commands can by performed in Python.

Benefits of Python

  • Python is Open Source
  • Python can handle very large data sets
  • Python can perform calculations faster
  • Python can automate data handling
  • Python code can be reproduced

The webinar takes 1½ hours and the pace is high, but after the webinar it is possible for you to view a reording og the webinar as many times as you want at your own pace.
