Prepare for the Annual Salary Negotiation - Module 2
Do you lack inspiration on how to approach the salary negotiation? IDA Privat and your region offers you a salary negotiation course of two modules. In module 2 we focus specifically on the meeting with your employer.

This course is part of IDA Privat and your region's salary negotiation course, which consists of 2 modules that together gives you the right tools to put yourself into play for the annual salary negotiation. To get the full outcome, we recommend that you participate in both modules. 

The course is aimed at members employed in the private sector who negotiate salary and other terms of employment. It is recommended that you have already participated in “Prepare for the annual salary negotiation - module 1”, and through that have learned to view salary negotiation as an ongoing process.

In module 2, we focus on the preparation for the negotiation meeting. You will be taught to gather the relevant knowledge, find good arguments, and at the same time understand the importance of knowing the counterparty you are negotiating with. In this regard, you will be presented with tools that you can use before, during and after the negotiation meeting, and which will hopefully bring you closer to the negotiation result that you would like to achieve.

Specifically, module 2 gives you:

tools for your preparation for the salary meeting

tools and questioning techniques to handle the conversation at the negotiating table

The course will be taught by two of IDA's legal advisors and will be a mix of theory and tools. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions along the way.

You will receive material about IDAs salary tools a few days before the webinar is held. You can use the material to determine your individual salary assumptions. The salary tools will only be discussed to a limited extent during the webinar.
