Salary negotiation is an ongoing process. If you want your salary to increase, it depends on much more than what goes on at the actual salary negotiation with your manager. You need to be able to put yourself in the spotlight on an everyday basis – as well as make your achievements stand out at the salary meeting itself.
At this webinar, a legal advisor and a career advisor from IDA will give an introduction to individual salary negotiation in Denmark and offer valuable tips for acing the salary meeting with your manager. You’ll also get a chance to ask questions along the way.
We’ll focus on the preparation for the negotiation meeting. You will learn how to gather the relevant knowledge, find good arguments, and at the same time understand the importance of knowing the counterparty you are negotiating with. In this regard, you will be presented with tools that you can use before, during and after the negotiation meeting, and which will hopefully bring you closer to the negotiation result that you would like to achieve.
