It can be a challenge to match what you’ve learned during your studies, with what the companies are looking for. However, if you don’t know which skills you have, it will be hard to present it for the companies, who wants to know exactly what it is you can contribute with.
During this workshop you will learn to put the things you can do into words, so you can show your future employer how your competencies can create value for their company. Competency clarification can also provide a clarification as to which jobs you should go for, if there are many choices.
The workshop will be facilitated by career adviser Sanne Mattebjerg, and it will be a mixture of instructions and exercises based on your own material. There will also be plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
The goal for the workshop will be for you to be able to give a professional pitch of yourself.
Please fill out the competency profile that is targeted graduates and bring it to the workshop.
