It’s a Confidence Gap – Not a Competence Gap

This webinar is a cooperation between The Danish Society of Engineers (IDA) and Connected Women in AI (CWAI).

Discover practical strategies for strengthening your voice, increasing your influence, and communicating with clarity and presence. The session will feature stories from experienced women in AI, highlighting how a focus on interpersonal communication skills has shaped and advanced their careers in technology. 

Key topics include: 

● Understanding and addressing imposter syndrome 

● Communication techniques that enhance negotiation and workplace impact 

● Rhetorical tools and using AI to improve your communication abilities 

● Practical exercises to build confidence and visibility 

Throughout the session, viewers will be invited to reflect on their own experiences with insecurity and confidence, and to engage in an honest dialogue about the challenges and opportunities of entering the tech workforce.
