Cybersecurity in practice: Network scanning and monitoring

We are repeating last years success with an evening focused on cybersecurity, network scanning and gathering & analysis of network traffic with Wireshark.

Learn how to user network scanning to find what devices are present in your own network, how scanning can be used to find vulnerabilities, and finally how network traffic can be collected and analyzed with Wireshark.

There will be a lot of hands-on exercises throughout the evening.

There are no pre-requisites to attend - you'll need a computer and an internet connection. All hands-on exercises runs in a virtual lab hosted online, which is accessed through your browser. Having Linux installed is not required to attend.
If you are unfamiliar with Linux, we recommend you attend our previous event Basics of Hacking, but this is not a requirement for participation in this event.

Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation e-mail. At the bottom of this mail you will find a link to the webinar. You log in through this link and are forwarded to the site where the webinar is shown.
