Agreement for legal services aimed at tech companies and growth entrepreneurs

IDA has entered into a cooperation agreement with the law firm Lassen Ricard. The agreement is geared towards people who run or intend to run a tech-based or growth-oriented company.

IDA has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Copenhagen-based law firm Lassen Ricard. Lassen Ricard specialise in a number of areas within commercial law, but with particular focus on tech companies and growth entrepreneurs. Particularly in connection with company law, investments in emerging technology, intellectual property rights and public regulation.

The agreement provides IDA members who run or intend to run tech-based or growth-oriented companies with a free first meeting and a 20% discount on subsequent legal assistance.

Jørgen Bek Weiss Hansen, partner and attorney, is the contact person for IDA members. Jørgen is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen, where he teaches a graduate course on the legal challenges facing entrepreneurs. Furthermore, he is a co-author of a textbook on the same subject, and he wrote the chapters on ownership agreements and how to grow internationally. On a day-to-day basis, Jørgen works with tech-heavy companies in areas such as nanotech, medtech, biotech and machine learning. Jørgen also assists a number of entrepreneurial organisations as an advisor, mentor or judge in competitions.

Please provide the following information when you contact them:

  1. IDA membership number
  2. The identity of the counterparty or other parties involved, if relevant
  3. A brief presentation of the topic you wish to receive advice on, e.g. “counselling on incorporation”
  4. If your final business plan has been prepared, please include it.

  • Commercial contracts on e.g. patent and software licenses, cooperation and development agreements, consultant contracts, distributor matters, sales agreements, etc.
