Self-employed, freelancers and startups

Legal counselling for the self-employed

Are you self-employed or a freelancer? As a member of IDA, you can get help with everything from how to start your firm to ownership legislation and maternity/paternity leave.

How can we help?

If you have your own business, it is important to know the rights you have and the rules you must follow. Our legal counsellors are happy to help you out.

For instance, we can review your consultancy agreements and give a second opinion on your ownership agreements, as well as discuss legal matters with you in relation to employing your first employee(s) in your start-up, e.g. employment contracts.

Contact IDA

If you have questions about legal issues, or would like to find out how IDA can help in your situation, you can contact us by phone or via mitIDA.

The phone is open on weekdays between 8-18 (Fridays 8-16), as well as the last Saturday each month from 9-12.

  • Phone: 33 18 48 48

Not all questions and cases can be handled over phone. In some cases, we ask you to contact us via our online form at mitIDA. If you are in doubt, you can always call us first.
