About IDA E:
Our field of activities covers traditional areas such as high voltage, low voltage, electrophysics and nuclear technology. Other relevant activities are sensor technology, optoelectronics, metrology, biotechnology and medical technology.
Our most important task is to strengthen the profession's relations with the surrounding society and to contribute to further education for our members. The main emphasis is on development and research-oriented activities.
Each year we arrange a long range of meetings, conferences and company visits. We cooperate with the regional electrotechnical groups and related societies in and outside the society. By doing so, we are able to offer our members both topical and relatively specialised events.
