Workshop - Learn how to structure your next presentation

Workshop - Learn how to structure your next presentation
The workshop is interaktiv with small execises and the participants will be active involved with presentations in small groups.

Have you ever struggled to structure and choose the most relevant content for your presentation? What do you need to include and what should you leave out? How do you create a great start and finish?
The three key elements in a presentation are the structure, content and delivery. In this 2-hour seminar, we will focus on how to find the content, choose it and structure the presentation.
This will ensure your audience will be eager to hear what you are presenting, remember it much better and most importantly, increase the likelihood of real change.

We do this by covering how to make an in-depth audience analysis and using the “5S speech structure system”. Furthermore, we will briefly touch upon a few tools to help you deliver the content. In that way we get to touch on all three key elements in a presentation.
Finally, we will have audience members present in groups, because the biggest learning happens through actual implementation.

Here is a short overview of the seminar:

  •  Audience analysis
  •  How to make a great start
  • How to structure a presentation with the “5S speech structure”
  • Tips & tricks to a great delivery
  • Audience presentations in groups with positive feedback.

The seminar is interactive with questions welcome during the training. There will also be shorter exercises throughout, besides the group presentations.
