Visit AAUs Advance Antenna Measuring Facility
A month ago, AAU officially opened their Advance Antenna Measuring Facility – Now we invite you to see it for yourself!
AAU professor Gert Frølund Pedersen, who is head of Section Antennas, Propagation and Millimetre-Wave Systems, will give us an introduction to the facility. Gert will describe the wide range of opportunities within innovation, research and measurements that are now made possible with the investment of this advanced facility.
AAU’s Antenna Measuring Facility is UNIQUE because of features such as the wall can slide down and the roof can move aside, resulting in at open measurement environment that is free of reflections. This also give the possibility to measure very large objects, such as wind turbine wings.
Gert Frølund Pedersen has been involved in antenna system research, design and performance testing for more than two decades and is known to give very inspiring speeches.
