"There are endless “Wine&Cheese” events, but they are often underwhelming, even outright disappointing. Either the cheese is bland and crackers dry, the wine is dull, or the cheese ruins the wine. But it doesn’t have to be that way!
We will explore some wine and cheese pairings together, and discuss why some pairings seem to work better than others. We will examine wine and cheese pairings through the lens of history, chemistry, and sensory science, so you will leave with the knowledge to confidently host your own Wine&Cheese events."
