Our regular presenters Janice and Domen keep talking about "blind tasting" and "blind tasting competitions". Being able to identify a wine just by smelling and tasting it is the ultimate parlour trick, albeit one that takes years of practice to develop. However, to take a second step you have to take a first, stop looking at a wine as a drink and start looking at it as a detective. We will get in touch with our senses of smell and taste, and learn the basic tricks of blind tasting
