Janice Wang DipWSET from Aarhus University’s Department of Food Science and Domen Presern DipWSET will host a masterclass in wine ageing. We will explore examples of ageing across different wine categories from sparkling to dessert wines, and look at how wines age in the winery as well as in the bottle. Participants will also learn to assess the ageing potential of wines. There will be biscuits and water accompanying the tasting.
