We’ll challenge ourselves with body bike – also known as indoor cycling, spinning, etc. There will be great music, and the instructor will make sure your pulse is racing!
Before the event
The bikes are SMART-bikes, meaning you can connect your phone and track how fast and how hard you are pedaling. To do this, you’ll need to download the free app “Intelligent Cycling” and answer a few simple questions – then you’re ready! The app also lets you follow the program, both on your phone and on the big screen in the hall.
Cycling shoes are required for the event. If you have your own, please bring them, as there are only a limited number available. The cleats must be either SPD or LookDelta. If you don’t have cycling shoes, you can borrow a pair at the event, but it’s a good idea to bring indoor shoes just in case. We cannot guarantee the right size for everyone.
It is recommended to bring a water bottle and a towel, as well as wearing cycling shorts. Cycling shorts are not required though – regular workout clothes are perfectly fine. Changing rooms and showers are available after the event at DGI-Huset Nordkraft on level 4. Remember to bring a padlock if you want to store your belongings in a locker.

If you experience problems with registration, contact Luka Agerbo at luka@ida.dk. Provide your IDA number and event number.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration. In case of no-show without cancellation before the deadline, a no-show fee equal to the ticket price will be charged. Cancellation can be done at www.ida.dk. We reserve the right to cancel the event if there are not enough participants.
