Part 3: Better collaboration through TEAMING

Collaboration is the key to success. But the good collaboration in the team only comes from a focused effort. Every participant plays an important role in interacting in a way that makes others grow and contribute. And all of us are part of many different formal and informal teams throughout the day. This makes it even more important to strengthen our ability “to team”.

This afternoon class provides insight and methods to work with this important - though complex topic: the art of TEAMING.                           

Participating in this afternoon class you will get:

• A method that can help you analyse the collaboration at hand
• Inspiration to work actively and curiously with differences in order to create more value
• Ideas on how to develop your team culture starting a new team as well as throughout the lifespan of the team
