Learn more about the new reactor concepts AP300 and eVinci (TM) from the nuclear industrialist Westinghouse – their status, prototypes, their intended uses and where are some projects under way.

The well-known US company Westinghouse have since the 50’es delivered nuclear reactor technologies, such as presently the AP1000 pressurized water-cooled reactor.

They now have started to offer also a small modular reactor (SMR), the AP300 (300 MWe), as well as develop a micro-reactor (MMR), the eVinci (5 MWe).

At the event we will hear more about these two reactor concepts, for what and how they are intended for use, the status of their development, the regulatory status and if any prototypes or projects are on the way.

Cenk Güler, Innovation Program Manager at Westinghouse will be present in person to talk about the current status and the roadmap ahead for these two projects.
