In this session, a legal advisor from IDA will provide an overview of the terms that apply in connection with the layoffs. We’ll cover the general conditions and focus on the questions and concerns most frequently raised by members in IDA’s advisory services.
Next, one of IDA’s career consultants will explain how to best handle a termination, and finally, international employees will be offered support and advice regarding the specific circumstances that apply to them.
The presentations will be held without questions during the session, so you can listen in peace and quiet. Afterwards, however, you can reach out to IDA if you have specific questions.
