Have you been laid off and want to learn more about your rights and conditions? You’re not alone. In this session, a legal advisor from IDA will provide an overview of the terms that apply in connection with the layoffs. We’ll cover the general conditions and focus on the questions and concerns most frequently raised by members in IDA’s advisory services.
Next, one of IDA’s career consultants will explain how to best handle a termination, and finally, international employees will be offered support and advice regarding the specific circumstances that apply to them.
The presentations will be held without questions during the session, so you can listen in peace and quiet. Afterwards, however, we’ll take plenty of time to talk together and answer your questions one-on-one. You’ll have the opportunity to meet IDA’s legal advisors and some of our career counselors. At the same time, there will be a chance to network with colleagues in the same situation.
