On this evening course, we will explore the most delicate and original recipes within Danish sweet pastries, shaped by Denmark's fascination with the fine French confectionery tradition. We focus exclusively on cakes, cookies, and other sweet treats taken from the EU's list of regional specialties. The course is aimed at anyone curious about learning to bake authentic Danish sweets, especially foreigners residing here (and any accompanying persons).

Our experienced instructor will guide you through the recipes, ensuring you have a cozy experience while learning about the cultural historical background. A sandwich will be served during the evening, and we will finish with some coffee/tea and stories as we enjoy our creations. Not suitable for those with gluten or lactose allergies.
