Kurset foregår i Annettes kursuskøkken, hvor du i små hold får masser af tid og ro til både at stille spørgsmål og få personlig vejledning gennem hele processen.
På kurset lærer du blandt andet om:
Du kommer selv til at arbejde med dejen i alle faser, og undervejs får du masser af teori, tips og tricks, så du fremover kan bage perfekte surdejsbrød derhjemme.
Forplejning: Der serveres varme og kolde drikke gennem hele aftenen, samt friskbagt brød undervejs.

Join us for an inspiring and hands-on evening in the world of sourdough bread with Annette Drastrup – trained chocolatier, passionate sourdough enthusiast, and experienced instructor.
The course takes place in Annette’s teaching kitchen, where small groups ensure plenty of time and space to ask questions and receive personal guidance throughout the entire process.
During the course, you’ll learn about:
You’ll work hands-on with the dough through all the stages, and along the way you'll receive plenty of theory, tips, and tricks so you can confidently bake perfect sourdough bread at home.
Refreshments:
Hot and cold drinks will be served throughout the evening, along with freshly baked bread.
