Saunatema - Sauna therapy with steam bath and snacks
Try "Saunagus" where you will experience three different scents, get a bodyscrub in the steam bath, snacks and the opportunity to try indoor winterbathing!
Wintherbathing is said to be healthy, especially when you mix it up with sauna sessions! This will increase the circulation of bloodflow!
We will provide snacks during the event
Program
12.00-12.15 Welcome and check in by the reception at DGI Huset - Herning
12.30 The sauna therapy starts. It will be over three rounds with three different scents: orange, "wintergreen"and basil.
Optional to try a mild version of winterbathing indside the spa area.
There will be handed out free bodyscrub in the steambath that will have the scent of lavender. The Steam bath is inbetween the second and third sauna session.
Snacks will be available during the entire event
13.30 the event is over but people are welcome to stay and take a swim or a bubble bath/spa etc.
