Vi vil blive guidet af Sanketure (sanketure.dk/), som har masser erfaring i køkken- og undervisningsbranchen - samt har de leveret mere end 400 sanketure gennem tiden.
“Vores guide Nina sanker og leverer ugentligt til restauranter som Alchemist og er derfor en super sanker til at finde og fortælle om de vilde råvarer naturen har. Hun fortæller navn, kendetegn, mulighed for forveksling, levetid og levesteder samt smag, tekstur og brugen i mad og bedste bevaringsmetoder til hver spiselig sag. I finder ikke en mere kyndig gastronomisk fokuseret vild mad guide end hos Sanketure.”

Description
On this guided nature experience, you will have the opportunity to learn about wild food.
We will be guided by Sanketure (sanketure.dk/), a company with extensive experience in both the kitchen and teaching industry. They have conducted more than 400 foraging tours over the years.
Sanketure: "Our guide, Nina, forages and delivers weekly to renowned restaurants such as Alchemist, making her an expert in finding and explaining the wild ingredients nature has to offer. She provides insights into plant names, key characteristics, potential lookalikes, lifespan, habitats, as well as taste, texture, culinary uses, and best preservation methods. You won’t find a more knowledgeable, gastronomy-focused wild food guide than at Sanketure."
