This seminar is designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, empowering attendees to implement best practices in injection moulding and achieve consistent, high-quality production outcomes.
The course serves as a comprehensive follow-up to the course “Introduction to plastics – focusing on injection moulding” currently offered by Teknologisk Videndeling, but can also stand alone.
This course is tailored to equip participants with advanced knowledge and practical insights into process development and validation. Building on the foundational concepts introduced in the initial seminar, this program emphasizes the transition from focusing on the mould and machine to understanding independent process variables and outputs. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of process validation methodologies, including part-specific process development, conducting process window studies, and an introduction to Design of Experiments (DoE) principles. Additionally, the seminar will cover process transfer techniques and provide an overview of process control and monitoring strategies, ensuring that attendees can effectively manage and sustain optimized production processes.
