This talk introduces a selection of platforms and libraries for machine learning and AI.
The aim is to distribute code for hands-on verification and distribute links to open-source publications as background material.

Technical Program Co-Chair and economically responsible for the IEEE Workshop on Neural Networks for Signal Processing (NNSP), 1992 Denmark. Chair of MMSP Technical Committee (TC) of IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) 2002 - 2003. Founding member of MMSPTC IEEE SPS 1996. Founding member of NNSPTC IEEE SPS 1991-1995. The NNSPTC later migrated into ‘Machine Learning and Signal Processing’ MLSPTC of IEEE SPS.
