Hvis du lige savner en lille plante i vindueskarmen eller går og drømmer om en stor flot plante i stuen,så er det nu du skal slå til! Vi sørger for lidt snacks og en masse planter, så skynd dig at tilmeld dig og et par venner til en hyggelig aften og forhåbentligt tager I hjem med en plante eller to under armen. Der vil være præmier ved en række fuld, 2 rækker og selvfølgelig er de største planter til fuld plade. BINGO!

It ́s time to repeat the success from last years plant-bingo!The prizes will vary from small cute plants to big beautiful houseplants that needs to find new homes. If you ́re missing a small plant in your ledge or are dreaming of a big beautiful plant in your livingroom, then come and join the BINGO!

We will take care of snacks and lots of plants so hurry up and join with at couple of friends for a cozy evening and hopefully you ́ll bring some plants with you.There will me prizes when you get one row full, two rows and of course are the biggest plants are for the ones who fill out the whole sheet first! BINGO!

INFORMATION ON EVENT AS ONLINE EVENT
- The event will be held from 17.00-19.00 as planned (5th of November)

Pick up your prizes:

• 5th of November from 19:00-20:00
• 6th of November from 13.00-18.00

You will be able to pick up the plants you have won! Location: AU Herning, Birk Centerpark 15, room 2036

Bingo sheets
All participants will recieve an email with a PDF - it contains the bingo sheets, 2 for each participant.
Each of your names will be stated on the bingo sheet that belongs to you.

BINGO!
When you have bingo write a comment - this will ensure that we can manage who had bingo first

Choose your prize/plant
We will post a picture of the plants, giving them 3 categories (we will tell which categori to choose from before starting a round)
Further will be informed on the evening

Pr. d. 1. februar 2016 er der indført en no-show-fee på 200 DKK på gratisarrangementer.

No-show-fee bliver opkrævet, hvis du udebliver fra arrangementet uden at framelde dig inden sidste afmeldingsfrist. Denne no-show-fee dækker eventuelle udgifter der er tilskrevet arrangementet.

Sådan virker no-show fee

Når du deltager på et arrangement, har den arrangementsansvarlige en deltagerliste med. Det er dit eget ansvar at registrere dig hos den arrangementsansvarlige. IDA sender en faktura på no-show-fee gebyret til alle, der ikke har registreret sig på listen

From the 1st of February 2016, a no-show-fee of 200 DKK is introduced on all free events.

The no-show-fee will be charged if you fail to attend the event without having cancelled your participation before the official deadline for cancellation.

How the no-show-fee works

When participating in an event, the person responsible for the event, will bring a list of the participants. It is your own responsibility to register with the one responsible for the event. IDA sends an invoice of the no-show-fee of 200 DKK to everyone, who has not been registered on the list.
