Bare for sjov! Men der er en grund til, at padel er så populært. Er du også ny, og vil gerne prøve om det er en sport for dig? Eller vil du være med til at hjælpe andre nye igang, er du også velkommen.

Padel er en sjov og social ketchersport, der kombinerer elementer fra tennis og squash. Spillet foregår på en mindre bane med vægge, som du kan bruge strategisk i dine slag. Padel spilles typisk som double, hvilket gør det til en oplagt sport for både nybegyndere og øvede spillere, der ønsker en aktiv og underholdende træningsform.

Med simple regler og et hurtigt spilflow får du pulsen op, samtidig med at du træner smidighed, reaktionsevne og koordination. Padel er skånsomt for kroppen, men stadig intens nok til at give en effektiv træning, hvor du både får styrket musklerne og forbedret din kondition.
