Kemi- og Bioteknologisk Udvalg inviterer til en lidt anderledes vinsmagning i IDAs Aarhus lokalet.
Konceptet er, at vi starter med en kort intro om det mest basale omkring vinproduktion på engelsk og bagefter hører vi om naturvin fra vores specialist mens vi smager nogle af dem.
Vi får besøg af Reduktivt – en aarhusiansk vinhandel specialiseret i naturvin - og de vil fortælle os om hvad gør denne type vin anderledes, så kan vi måske blive klogere på filosofien bag naturvin i det hele taget. Udover vinsmagning, vil der være noget mad at spise ved siden af.
Arrangementet vil vare ca. et par timer og er åbn for alle IDA-medlemmer + én ledsager pr. medlem.
