Networking - your shortcut to a job

Networking may well be the key if you are trying to get a job. Because 60% of newly graduated IDA members get their jobs through other ways than posted jobs and network is part of the solution.

Therefore, it is important that you put your network into play when you are trying to get an overview of possibilities and different career paths.

During the workshop we will dive into how you map your network and become better at networking and contacting relevant people with relevant questions.

The workshop will be facilitated by career adviser Frederikke Hjort Arentz, and it will be a mixture of instructions and exercises. There will also be plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

Please bring your computer.

If you have signed up for the workshop, but are unable to attend, please remember to cancel so someone else can get your seat. If you don’t attend and haven’t cancelled, we will charge you with a no-show fee.

There will be breakfast from 8:45 and coffee and tea during the whole workshop.

The workshop is one out of five workshops targeted students, graduates and members who have completed their studies within two years.
