IDA Young Professionals are inviting its members to visit Mikkeller Baghaven's Blenderia in March 2023.
The evening will include a meeting at Mikkeller Baghavens Blenderia location, which is their brewery facilities. This is not their main bar at the waterfront. See attached picture of how to get there.
We will be served five of their different sour beer known as Lambic or Geuze style that comes from a natural fermentation - one of the oldest ways to make beer, and one of the hardest ways to make beer. The very specific and refreshly citric acid sour taste come from a whole other level of fermentation when crafting and blending the beer. During the tasting and tour you will get an insight on the history of this style, along with the long, intricate and complex brewing processes involved with tecniques borrowed from wine making. You will get a technical introduction to all these processes. Lastly you will be served with catering from La Neta mexican food.
This evening will be held in english, to welcome all of out IDA members. The seats are very limited!
