About Sean Ohara:

From humble beginnings in a working-class home in industrial Manchester, Sean found his way via a talent for languages, sales and communication, into industrial engineering and shop-floor change management.

He went on to build a successful career and company in consulting within the sphere of operational excellence, establishing ANPRO with partners in 1988. More than 600 projects later, Sean looks back on over 4 decades of change management experience in 14 countries.
