During this one-day class, you will receive an introduction to wheel-throwing and its many applications.

I løbet af dette endagskursus får du en introduktion til drejeskiven - og dens mange muligheder.
Du lærer om de forskellige stadier i forvandlingen fra blødt ler til færdigt produkt og mulighederne for at forme materialet. Du vil lære de basale teknikker ift at dreje på drejeskiven, inklusiv centrering og trimning.
Efter kurset bliver keramikken forglødt, og bagefter afsluttes alle værker med en valgfri glasur.
Der kræves ingen tidligere erfaring for at kunne deltage.

During this one-day class, you will receive an introduction to wheel-throwing and its many applications.
You will learn about the various stages of the transformation from soft clay to finished product and the opportunities for shaping the material.
The class will include techniques such as centering, hand throwing on the pottery wheel, and trimming.
After the class, the ceramics will be bisque-fired, and we will finish the pieces with a glaze of your choice.
No previous experience is needed to participate.
