Job satisfaction event and General Meeting at "IDA Private Sector"(Maintain job satisfaction - in a time of corona) - Virtually via MS Teams

ONLY FOR PRIVATE EMPLOYEES MEMBERS AND UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE WHO HAVE LAST HAD A PRIVATE EMPLOYMENT

Friday's program starts at 15:30 and ends at 20:00. On Saturday we start up at 09:00 and ends approx. at 13:00.

Maintain job satisfaction - even in at time of corona

All private-sector employees* who are members of IDA are invited to two exciting online sessions with IDA via MS Teams. 

We kick off the event on Friday afternoon when, together with Mikael Kamber and Morten Albæk, we focus on maintaining job satisfaction. How does collaboration and communication influence job satisfaction?  

How do we create meaning in life, and how can working life and private life be combined? 

On Saturday, Chairman of the Council of Employees, Morten Thiessen, will give an update on the work of the Council, and Director at IDA, Maria Rygaard, will present the current status of the labour market and IDA's member services. Finally, before the General Meeting, there will be an opportunity to look at IDA's new salary platform. 

Friday's presentations will be carried out in two tracks – one in Danish and one in English, and Saturday's programme will be interpreted simultaneously into English through telephone interpretation if any participants want to use this service.

Election of proxies to the Board of "IDA Private Sector"

Every year, the General Meeting elects four proxies to the Board of "IDA Private Sector".

Proposals for discussion at the General Meeting

Proposals to be discussed at the General Meeting must be received by Lone Høyrup at the Secretariat, lh@ida.dk by no later than 26 March 2021.
