Join us at the Annual Conference for IDA members employed in the private sector, where you can enjoy two days of inspiring talks and the opportunity to meet other IDA members.
This year's theme is "Attitude, Collaboration and Performance", and you'll get tools to improve in your own working life with talks from Chris MacDonald and former soldier in the Danish special forces, Thomas Rathsack.
Thomas Rathsack will enlighten you on why the right attitude is so effective and crucial to performing - and how we can work on our own attitude. Thomas Rathsack draws on his experience as a soldier in the world's hotspots and mental coach in the popular TV show "The Corps - Made of the Right Stuff".
Health expert Chris MacDonald gives a motivational talk on how to perform and thrive at the same time. Drawing on his many years as a coach and health expert for everyone from elite athletes to ordinary Danes, Chris MacDonald will give you both inspiration and concrete tools you can use to improve both your performence and well-bering.
The event is free of charge for private sector members and takes place at Hotel OPUS in Horsens and online. The talks will be translated live into English and live streamed online..
