In this talk, basic characteristics of blockchain technology will be presented along with multiple use cases of how blockchain technology is being used to support sustainability and the UN world goals.

Signe Agerskov is specialized in blockchain technology from IT University of Copenhagen and is currently researching blockchain ethics at the European Blockchain Center.

In her talk, she will present basic characteristics of blockchain technology along with multiple use cases of how blockchain technology can be used to support sustainability and the UN world goals.

The event will last an hour consisting of 25 minutes of presentation along with time for questions and debate on how blockchain technology can help solve global problems.
