Join the IDA Private Sector Spring Conference online for two days of inspiring presentations followed by the General Meeting.
As a privately employed IDA member, you are invited to the general assembly of IDA Privat, where board elections will take place – and you have the opportunity to run for a position.
The IDA Private board represents the salary and employment interests of privately employed members.
Before the general assembly, IDA Privat invites you to the annual Spring Conference, featuring professional presentations, workshops, and networking. The conference will be held Friday–Saturday the 25th–26th of April 2025 at IDA Conference, Kalvebod Brygge 31-33, 1780 Copenhagen.
This years theme for the Spring Conference is deepen your knowledge, and we are pleased to welcome Bastian Overgaard, who will inspire us with the message that good meeting habits are a shared responsibility. At the conference, we will gain knowledge and tools on how, among other things, silence as a strategic tool can provide more time, focus, and job satisfaction in this context.
Who can participate?
Only privately employed members of IDA and unemployed members who have most recently been in private employment are eligible to participate. Self-employed IDA members are therefore not eligible for participation.
The conference will be live-streamed and live-translated into English. If you didn't get a seat at the in-person event, you can register to attend online. Register for online participation here.

Conference programme?
On Friday, April 25th, Anders Bæk will take the stage with an inspiring presentation on how we can better leverage AI technology to our advantage and simultaneously strengthen our position in the world. On Saturday, April 26th, 2025, Henrik Dresbøll will take the stage with a motivational presentation on changing behavior, building new habits, and creating organizational change.
