IDA Private Sector Spring Conference 2025 (followed by the General Meeting)

Join the IDA Private Sector Spring Conference online for two days of inspiring presentations followed by the General Meeting.   

As a privately employed IDA member, you are invited to the general assembly of IDA Privat, where board elections will take place – and you have the opportunity to run for a position.

The IDA Privat board represents the salary and employment interests of privately employed members.

Before the general assembly, IDA Privat invites you to the annual Spring Conference, featuring professional presentations, workshops, and networking. The conference will be held Friday–Saturday the 25th–26th of April 2025 at IDA Conference, Kalvebod Brygge 31-33, with limited accommodation available. You also have the option to participate online, as the entire event will be live-streamed.

This years theme for the Spring Conference is deepen your knowledge, and we are pleased to welcome Bastian Overgaard, who will highlight the issue of excessive noise in workplaces. The conference will provide insights and tools on how silence as a strategic tool can enhance collaboration, community, and efficiency.

Who can participate?
Only privately employed members of IDA and unemployed members who have most recently been in private employment are eligible to participate. Self-employed IDA members are therefore not eligible for participation

The conference will be live-streamed and live-translated into English. If you didn't get a seat at the in-person event, you can register to attend online. Register for online participation here. 

All registrants will receive a link from which they can access the conference. 

Conference programme?

On Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th of April 2025, Bastian Overgaard will take the stage and deliver a motivational talk on strategic silence and facilitate a workshop. In between, there will be opportunity to network with other participants.

Subsequent General Meeting of IDA Private Sector

The conference will conclude with the IDA Private Sector General Meeting with the following agenda:

• Election of the chair for the meeting
• Approval of the agenda
• Report of the Board
• Presentation of financial statements
• Proposals received
• Elections
• Any other business

IDA does not reimburse travel expenses for the event.
