Join the IDA Private Sector Spring Conference online for two days of inspiring presentations followed by the General Meeting.
This year's theme is culture and behavioral change, where you will gain tools to strengthen your professional life through presentations by behavioral researcher and nudging expert Pelle Guldborg, while Annette Dahl will enlighten you on cross-cultural collaboration in companies. The conference concludes with the general assembly in IDA Private, including the election of substitutes to the board, where you can stand for election.
Who can participate?
Only privately employed members of IDA and unemployed members who have most recently been in private employment are eligible to participate. Self-employed IDA members cannot therefore register.
The conference will be live-streamed and live-translated into English. If you didn't get a seat at the in-person event, you can register to attend online. Register for online participation here.
All registrants will receive a link the day before the conference, from which you can access the conference.
What is the conference programme?
On Friday, March 15th, Pelle Guldborg takes the stage, delivering a motivational lecture on human behavior and nudging, offering inspiration on how to instigate behavioral changes in the workplace. Leveraging his extensive knowledge, including his research career at Roskilde University, Pelle Guldborg shares insights in his field of expertise.
On Saturday, March 16th, we welcome expert in cross-cultural collaboration, Annette Dahl, who will deliver an exciting lecture on how to collaborate across cultures and borders. This involves gaining insight into our own unconscious cultural baggage as a steppingstone for avoiding the typical pitfalls that may arise in cross-cultural encounters.
In addition, you'll have the opportunity to hear from IDA's Chairman of the Employees' Council, Malene Matthison-Hansen, who will enlighten you on IDA's initiatives in the labor market policy area.
