At the spring conference for privately employed IDA members, you will get inspiring talks and the opportunity to network with other members. It all takes place in beautiful surroundings, with good food and hotel accommodation. There are a limited number of places, so register quickly.
Join us at the IDA Private Sector Spring Conference for two days of inspiring talks and a chance to meet other IDA members.
This year's theme is "Collaboration, motivation and body language", and you'll get tools to strengthen your work life with talks from Olympic gold medalist Eskild Ebbesen and Denmark's leading body language expert, Jesper Bergstrøm.
The conference concludes with the IDA Private General Meeting.
Who can participate?
The event is free for members employed in the private sector and includes accommodation at the Tivoli Hotel, a full board, and talks.
Only privately employed members of IDA and unemployed members who have most recently been in private employment are eligible to participate. Self-employed IDA members cannot therefore register.
Places are limited, so it's first come, first served. If you don't get a place, you can join the waiting list.

What is the conference programme?
Friday 24 March Eskild Ebbesen will take the stage to teach us how to strengthen cohesion and job satisfaction in the workplace. Eskild Ebbesen will draw on his experience as an elite athlete with 3 Olympic gold medals to his name.
Saturday 25 March Denmark's leading body language expert, Jesper Bergstrøm, gives a motivating talk on how we can work with our body language. Jesper Bergstrøm is known from the popular DR programme “Taler du kropssprog” (Do you speak body language?) and you'll both get inspiration and concrete tools on how to use your body language to your advantage.
In addition, IDA's Chief Economist, Thomas Søby, will give you an update on the economic situation - and what it means for you.
