IDA GameDev - open community meeting
We're inviting the IDA GameDev community to a meeting about what we should be doing in 2024 and how you can be a volunteer in the network.
Welcome to the quarterly open meeting for IDA GameDev!
This is an open meeting for everyone with a stake or interest in the community for danish game development and we invite you to come with your ideas and inputs.
We're still experimenting with the format of this community and now we're trying to do a running meeting schedule that are open to the community to keep listening to your ideas.
We want to continue to be a place to meet your peers, but also turn our focus toward other types of events as well - all ideas are welcome both big and small.
You don't have to do it all, you'll get support from IDA for all practical things. All you have to do is come with the ideas and utilise your network to get some awesome speakers for future events.
The meeting agenda is as follows:
- 17.00: Everyone arrives and says hi
- 17.15: Any new faces? Intro to the network and what volunteering means.
- 17.30: What’s new since last time? Any events held? What is status on current projects? Any help needed from the group?
- 18.00: Break
- 18.15: New ideas for events? New ideas for speakers? Assign responsibility to follow up?
- 18.45: Etc
