Come test out techniques!
There will be plenty of opportunities to test out the techniques in a virtual cyber training platform (Haaukins) developed by the support of the Danish Industrial Foundation that was presented at Black Hat in december 2019 by Aalborg University.
Haaukins Training Platform
Haaukins is a highly accessible and automated virtualization platform for security education. The platform is build as a capture the flag, where the user will be rewarded with a flag when an exercise is successfully completed.
From basic hacking challenges to high complexity
The events exercises will range from basic hacking challenges to more complex exercises. The basic exercises will consist of things like scanning the network, analyzing code and listening to the traffic within the network. In the more complex exercises the user will need to analyse the behavior of the program or website in order to find the flags.
What do I need to prepare?
All you have to do is to sit ready by your laptop (all exercises run in a browser and require no special software). After signing up, you will receive the link for zoom to join the event.
