Regina is a Principal Outsourcing Manager in Novo Nordisk and has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and outsourcing in chemical, pharma, and recycling industries.
After a sandwich break, Anders Pedersen will present how modularisation can be applied in outsourcing to drive value with examples from mechanical assembly services. You will learn useful tactics and how to avoid common pitfalls.
