Leading in global and cultural complexity – bring a friend or colleague

Leading in global and cultural complexity – bring a friend or colleague
An opportunity to bring your international peer or colleague to a workshop where we explore how culture impacts your leadership and others expectation to you as a leader.

Today, a typical leader has interfaces with direct reports, own leaders, suppliers and project teams from other cultures. To be able to lead and perform in a culturally complex environment it is crucial that the leader knows what is expected of him /her to be able to navigate effectively.

The purpose of this interactive workshop is to equip the participants with knowledge about how and when culture plays a role and build practical skills to navigate as a leader in a global context.
