We've invited Daniel Baker Kristen, a former Product Manager and current Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience, to lead the discussion. He will share how he's translated theory into practice, creating value for software products and the teams that build them. Daniel has worked with many different types of teams across various platforms, technologies, and companies.
A key commonality among all these teams is the importance of a well-functioning group—which largely comes down to their ability to collaborate, communicate, and, not least, their level of psychological safety.
