Flow yoga is a yoga class where you move dynamically from one posture immediately into another. Each movement is made on either an inhalation or an exhalation, which means you will be working a lot with your breathing technique as well. The yoga class will start with gentle movements warming up the body and progressively the movements will become more and more challenging. After one hour of hot flow yoga, we will go outside where a cold "bathtub" has been prepared. After a dip, we will go back to the yoga mats and finish the session with a relaxing meditation while we feel the warm and cold sensations from the hot yoga and the cold bath. The yoga class takes place in 40 degrees celsius, which helps the body to come deeper into the stretches.
Remember to drink a lot of water during the day before the yoga class. It is possible to change ones’ clothes at PS Studio.
You should bring:
PS Studio will provide us with all necessary yoga equipment, so you do not need to bring your own yoga mat only if you wish to.
OBS! Try aim at being at PS Studio 10 mins earlier, so we are ready to begin the class at 19:15. If you change your clothes at PS Studio, you should also remember to come in good time.
You will be asked to show your ticket when attending the event. Your ticket can be found on mit.ida.dk or in the Hello Fellow app.
