The second "Hack your Neighbour" event is about Security in Wireless Systems.
Speaker: Christian Damsgaard Jensen, Associate Professor @Technical University of Denmark, Department of Mathematics and Computer Science
Wireless systems are cheap to deploy, but they blur the network boundary, which makes it hard to implement traditional perimeter security. We will look at the fundamental differences between wired and wireless systems and some of the security challenges that arise in wireless systems. A few vulnerabilities in typical wireless systems will be demonstrated during the presentation.
The event is from 18:00 to 21:00 and IDA Connect offers a sandwich during the event.
